    • IP Address: Automatically logged for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.

    • We use PayPal for payment processing, including credit card transactions.
    • We do not store payment information (such as credit card numbers) on our servers.

  3. Future AI Content Generation

    • Although our current Services do not involve content generation, we plan to introduce AI-based tools for generating text, images, or other media.
    • Any generated content and user inputs may be stored in our Supabase database to enable access, editing, or other functionality.

  4. Cookies & Tracking

    • Currently, we do not use cookies for user tracking or analytics.
    • We may introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future to improve user experience and analyze site performance, at which point this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

2. How We Use Your Information​

  1. Service Provision & Account Management

    • We use your email to create and maintain your user account, provide access to the Aidolon Browser, and communicate important updates.

  2. Payment Processing & Credits

    • PayPal processes all payments on our behalf.
    • We may keep records of your transactions (e.g., transaction ID, payment dates) for accounting and support purposes, but not your full payment details.

  3. Security & Fraud Prevention

    • IP addresses and related metadata are monitored to detect and prevent malicious or unauthorized activities.

  4. Future AI Functionality

    • If you use our upcoming AI content-generation features, we may store your inputs and generated outputs to provide you with ongoing access and to improve our Services.

  5. Business Operations & Improvements

    • Internal analytics and usage statistics help us understand how users interact with the Aidolon Browser so we can enhance functionality and fix issues.

3. Sharing & Disclosure of Information​

  1. Service Providers

    • We share relevant data with third-party providers (e.g., Clerk for user authentication, PayPal for payments) to perform essential functions on our behalf.

  2. Supabase

    • Supabase is used for data storage, including (in the future) AI-generated media. These records are protected per our security measures (see Section 5).

  3. Legal Compliance

    • We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or other legal processes, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

  4. Business Transactions

    • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred to a new entity, subject to any relevant confidentiality obligations and this Privacy Policy.

  1. Account & Usage Data

    • We retain account and usage data as long as your account remains active or as needed for our legitimate business interests (e.g., record keeping, security, legal compliance).

  2. AI-Generated Content

    • Future AI-generated content may be stored on Supabase. Retention periods may vary, but you can request deletion (subject to any legal or compliance obligations).

  3. Payment Data

    • We do not store payment details. However, PayPal or other payment processors may retain transaction data per their own policies.
